Redcoat Spitfire

Recently, the American barbecue style it's a fashion here in Italy.
Don't get me wrong: we Italians used to grill basically anything since the beginning of time, but recently I noticed that Italian guys spend a lot of time, efforts and money to learn the most tricky techniques of American barbecue style.
Once upon a time, we used just to buy tons of sausages and grill them and we were happy. Nowadays, if you don't know how to cook a brisket like a Texas champion, people look at you as a newborn baby or, worse, a vegan.
